1. Who we are

Apex Coastal Tech, LLC (“Apex,” “we,” “us”) is a Florida limited liability company providing vessel-management and inspection services in Northwest Florida. Contact: hello@apexcoastaltech.com · (850) 684-4298.

2. Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, billing address.
• Vessel info: make/model, slip location, equipment, documentation you upload.
• Inspection data: photos, voltage readings, humidity readings, technician notes captured during scheduled visits.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe — we never store your full card number on our servers.
• Usage data: standard web logs (IP, browser, pages visited) for security and analytics.

3. How we use it

• Deliver the inspection service you signed up for.
• Send you visit reports, alerts, and account communications.
• Bill you and process refunds.
• Improve the service and the Owner Flight Deck portal.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) Stripe for payment processing, (b) Supabase / our hosting providers under standard data-processing terms, (c) the marine repair vendors you authorize us to refer you to, and (d) authorities when required by law.

5. Photos & vessel data

Photos and inspection data captured aboard your vessel belong to you. We retain a copy in your Owner Flight Deck for as long as you are an active client. On request we will export and delete your records within 30 days of cancellation.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@apexcoastaltech.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. No system is perfect — if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you promptly.

8. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (keeping you logged in to the Owner Flight Deck) and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and emailed to active clients.
