How our pricing works
Items showing a dollar amount are flat-rate — that is the entire charge. Items marked "Cost + 15%" are billed at actual vendor cost plus a 15% coordination fee — you see the vendor invoice and our line item, no markup. Items tagged RTR-only are bundled into your Ready-to-Ride prep when you request a trip; they cannot be ordered standalone.
Provisioning
Get your vessel ready before you arrive. Order with your Ready-to-Ride request.
Fueling
Fuel at current dock rate. Cost + 15% coordination fee.
Ice Provisioning
Full ice provisioning for your vessel before departure.
Detailing
Keep her looking the way she deserves. Schedule between visits or after charters.
Deck Detail
Full exterior wash and detail. Cost + 15% coordination fee.
Interior Detail
Interior cabin deep-clean. Cost + 15% coordination fee.
Maintenance
Coordinated work with trusted local vendors. We supervise so you do not have to.
Battery Replacement
Battery bank replacement (cost of battery + 15% fee).
Bottom Cleaning
Hull bottom cleaning. Cost + 15% coordination fee.
Engine Flush
Post-saltwater engine flush. Cost + 15% coordination fee.
Sea Trial
Short sea trial run after service. Cost + 15% fee.
