Beyond the plan
Concierge Coordination — 15%
When your vessel needs a repair, a haul, a detail crew, or a tow, we don’t hand you a phone number. We source the right vendor, get the quote, schedule the work, supervise the visit, and bill it back through your monthly statement with a flat 15% coordination fee.
No markup games. The vendor invoice is attached to your portal so you see exactly what was paid. Optional on every plan — used most by Commander and Admiral clients.
Multi-Vessel Owners
Fleet pricing for serious collections.
Three boats. One steward team. One monthly statement. Every additional vessel after your first comes off the rate card at 15% — same coverage, same response standard, less paperwork.
Most fleet clients combine Commander on the day-boat with Admiral on the express cruiser. We’ll model it for your slip mix.

What Owners Say
Trusted on the Gulf
“I used to drive 90 minutes every weekend just to check on the boat. Apex sends me a photo report every Tuesday — I haven't had a dead battery since.”
“The post-storm check after Hurricane Idalia is what sold me on Commander. They were on the boat the morning after — caught two issues before they became expensive.”
FAQ
Common Questions
Is there a setup or enrollment fee?
Yes — a one-time $350 commissioning fee covers the steward-led on-boat audit, full systems inventory (Digital Twin), photo baseline, key/code intake, and your first 100-point inspection. It is required before recurring inspections begin and is fully refundable up to 7 days from purchase if we haven't yet been on the boat.
Are your stewards background-checked and insured?
Yes. Every Apex steward passes a national criminal background check before stepping on a customer vessel. Apex Coastal Tech, LLC carries general liability and a Marine Operators Legal Liability policy that covers your boat while we are aboard. Insurance certificates are available on request.
Will having Apex on file help my boat insurance?
Often, yes. Several Florida marine insurers offer documented-maintenance discounts. We provide a monthly inspection log suitable for your underwriter at no extra cost — many clients use it at renewal.
Can I change plans after enrolling?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What if my vessel needs a repair?
We identify and document issues. For repairs, we connect you with our trusted network of ABYC-certified marine mechanics — we don't do the repair work ourselves, but we make sure nothing is missed.
Do you cover multiple vessels?
Yes. Multi-vessel clients receive 15% off each additional vessel added to their account. Contact us for fleet pricing.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin, FL. If you're outside these areas, reach out — we're happy to discuss your situation.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice.
